Empowered and High-trust teams

The way to create space for a team to be empowered is to trust them.

The way to build trust is to show vulnerability.

The way to show vulnerability is through courage.

The way to have courage is to believe the cause is worthy enough.

So, find your cause; and, then, be trusting, be vulnerable, and have courage!
